I acknowledge that I may only use the rented equipment and the Association’s facilities in a proper and intended manner. I undertake to fully compensate, at my own expense, any damage caused by me through intentional or improper use. The Association is entitled to enforce the full cost of repair, replacement, or restoration against me.Acceptance of video surveillance
I acknowledge and accept that a video surveillance system operates in the gym area for security purposes, which may record audio and video footage. The purpose of the recordings is to enhance security, protect equipment, and clarify any potential disputes (especially in case of injury or damage).Consent to marketing use
I consent to the use of photo and video recordings made of me during training sessions by the Association on its own communication and marketing platforms (in particular its website and social media channels), free of charge.Exclusion of medical liability
I declare that my health condition allows me to participate in sports activities. I acknowledge that the Association assumes no responsibility for any fainting, injuries, or other health issues occurring during training or on the premises.

1. Purpose of data processing and scope of data
In order to use the service and complete bookings, the following personal data are required:
Name: for identification and invoicing purposes
Address: mandatory element of the invoice
Email address: for booking confirmation, communication, and electronic invoicing
Phone number: for urgent notifications (e.g. schedule changes, technical issues)
Membership status: to verify eligibility for discounted pricing
2. Legal basis for data processing

3. Duration of data processing
Invoicing data: 8 years, in accordance with accounting legislation
Contact data (email, phone): up to 1 year after the completion of the booking, unless the data subject consents to longer retention

Personal data may be accessed only by the Data Controller’s employees and officers.

Invoicing system: Számlázz.hu – KBOSS.hu Ltd.
Hosting and booking system provider: (current service provider to be specified)
No other data transfers take place.
