A story about us

The Galga Building Sports Association was founded by bodybuilding and fitness coach István Boda in August 2021. Our story began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when everything changed overnight. Gyms closed, training sessions were canceled, and community sports life came to a near standstill.

During this period, a decision was made: we do not give up. The first workouts started in a backyard, using simple and creative equipment – tractor tires, skipping ropes, and milk crates. It quickly became clear that progress does not depend on luxury, but on determination, perseverance, and community. Our clients stayed, and we continued working together.

As the cold weather arrived, we moved the training into a small garage and gradually developed our equipment. It was then that it became clear that private training holds real potential. Taking a significant risk but guided by a strong vision, we purchased a property to create a private gym that provides a truly professional environment.

Today, we can proudly say it was worth it. We are one of the best-equipped private gyms in the Galga region, and we also provide outstanding, comprehensive personal training services in Pest County. We are able to meet almost any goal or need—not only with modern equipment, but also with a highly trained, dedicated professional team and a continuously growing community.

Our team

I come from the world of martial arts: I competed in Kyokushin karate, where I learned discipline, perseverance, and the importance of continuous improvement. I bring this mindset to every training session.

As a coach, I believe in a personalized approach. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle building, or performance enhancement, I always tailor the path to the individual. Change is built from small steps—and over time, these lead to serious results.

I believe a healthy lifestyle is not about extremes, but about balance between movement, nutrition, and recovery. In my training sessions, I also place great importance on a positive atmosphere and mental recharge.

My goal is for my clients to feel good both physically and mentally, while steadily achieving their set goals.

As a coach, I work with a holistic approach, taking into account each individual’s movement capacity, posture, and unique development characteristics. My work focuses on prevention, improving movement quality, and long-term sustainable progress.

My goal is to make movement not a duty, but a natural and enjoyable part of everyday life that supports health and overall well-being.

My work focuses on mindful movement and spinal training. My goal is to develop proper posture, reduce pain, and build a stable foundation of movement.

In my group classes, we work with functional, full-body exercises, while in personal training sessions I support progress with fully individualized solutions. I believe that pain-free, confident movement is achievable at any age.

I have been working full-time as a bodybuilding coach for nearly a decade, and I am also actively involved as a football coach. It was my childhood dream to make a living from sport—today I pass on that mindset, determination, and consistency to my clients.

Sports have been part of my life since I was seven years old. My first sport was football, then I moved into bodybuilding, and later I developed a strong commitment to functional, high-intensity training by combining the two.

I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University in 2024, summa cum laude. In my work, I support clients through personalized meal planning, counseling, and education—helping them live more consciously and healthily with sustainable solutions that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

My main area of expertise is insulin resistance. In addition, I work with hormonal and digestive disorders, food sensitivities, as well as preventive lifestyle changes, weight loss, and muscle gain.
